GENERAL FUNCTION

Supports the team by performing a wide variety of duties that require a high level of organization, attention to detail and independent analysis.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

 

  1. Runs all aspects of the office – supplies, mail distribution, meeting room technology, catering, etc.

  2. Supports the marketing, product and sales teams.
  3. Coordinates & supports the planning of On-Site and Off-Site meetings.

  4. Arranges travel schedule and reservations; completes expense reports

  5. Communicates with high-level personnel within and outside the organization, both domestically and internationally.

  6. Supports and organizes the working life of brand leaders, allowing them to focus on the creation & execution of strategy and the achievement of financial results.

  7. Drafts and prepares presentations materials using PowerPoint.

  8. Maintains confidentiality in performing duties for the brand.

  9. Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  10. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  1. 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience or equivalent skills and abilities.

  2. Strong attention to detail and organization.

  3. Learns quickly and thinks independently

  4. Keyboarding skills a minimum of 65 wpm.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  7. Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer oriented confidential manner.

  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
