The Senior Director, Creative Marketring is responsible for ensuring all visual assets and brand touchpoints are consistent, beautiful, delivered on-time and reflect the brand point of view. The person in this role will be responsible for creative idea generation and execution across all channels and branded initiatives.



  • Bring the brand vision to life across all consumer-facing and trade communications, activations and experiences.
  • Establish creative incubator mentality, including leading the gathering and dissemination of competitive intelligence, emerging trends in creative and design, and fast-moving agencies and resources.
  • Source best-in-class talent and agency partners and develop creative organization across internal and external resources.
  • Develop comprehensive and aligned creative marketing plan in support of brand marketing objectives.
  • Establish, develop and maintain creative, conceptual and writing standards (voice of brand).
  • Lead, manage and participate in creative agency partnerships to drive optimum output and highly productive relationships ensuring a level of excellence and value for the brand.
  • Lead the development of the in-house Creative Services team to support the rapidly expanding array of brand communications and activation needs. Team scope encompasses art department (internal and freelance resources), photo studio, project management and future needs as they arise.
  • Direct production of all brand experiences and marketing initiatives, including leading the development of project management and trafficking processes.
  • Partner with internal teams across product, consumer marketing, global marketing, licensing, business development and strategy, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce and retail to develop creative solutions to inspire consumers and deliver against business objectives.
  • Drive creative alignment across the brand and evaluate the value of creative requests against larger business strategy and needs.
  • Assist senior leadership team in the vision and execution of brand strategy and brand expression.
  • Oversee creative services and agency budgets.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.



  • 10+ years’ experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in communications strategy and visual design.
  • Proven track record of bringing a rapidly evolving brand vision to life, yielding commercial success with rapid iteration.
  • Proven ability to craft organization structure, attract and develop best talent to effectively meet robust and evolving business needs.
  • Ecommerce/retail experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to think conceptually and laterally, with an instinct for culturally-driven creative solutions.
  • An ear to the ground and an eye for what’s now and what’s next.
  • Ability to translate business problems into relevant and groundbreaking ideas.
  • Capable of moving rapidly between formats, channels, solutions and briefs.
