Develop, execute and manage marketing programs and create promotions for various brand customers.



  • Manage online brand content including websites, email communications and social media outreach.
  • Lead the development and implementation of promotional programs, including website(s), advertisements, newsletters, promotional giveaways, tradeshows, telephone jingles, social media, and association memberships.
  • Directs the development of marketing and communication programs to ensure share of market and profitability of the brand.
  • Manages all aspects of marketing budget and works with Finance Department to track spending monthly.
  • Strategizes, develops, and leads execution of all trade show initiatives, domestic and internationally.  Works with team on vision, creation, and execution of all Brand Conferences.
  • Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with external creative agencies, PR firms, POS vendors, internal creative and production team, and sales personnel to manage brand marketing efforts.
  • Manages marketing team in the US and maintains strong link to Canadian and EMEA marketing teams to support worldwide initiatives. 
  • Manage special product or supplier promotions.
  • Lead all trade literature development and production initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze and assess market conditions, including company sales activity, competition, market trends and general economic conditions.
  • Train sales teams on best practices of utilizing available commercial reports and identifying areas for sales and margin improvement.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of product information, including product hierarchies and groupings, part numbering scripts, and relevant spec sheets.
  • Assist sales staff in identifying new customer, product, market and service opportunities.
  • Keep the sale funnel full with leads mined from a variety of sources including online advertisements, website requests, tradeshows, business listings, trade literature, social media, etc.
  • Provide regional support in the form of market, product and competitor analysis.
  • Execute custom marketing projects for sales reps and distributors.
  • Prepare and implement marketing plan and promotional calendar as it relates to PR and online communications.
  • Coordinates packaging communications for Brand.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years experience in Footwear/Apparel.
  • Strong oral communication abilities.
  • Developed written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency with personal computers
