    Deliver best-in-class tradeshows and event programs that drive successful results and evolve the brand experience. Manage all aspects the creative process including the timelines, logistics and execution of all tradeshows, showroom and conference events, and activations for the brand to meet the established strategic and financial goals. Support brand marketing leadership and will be a key collaborative partner working closely with the creative and visual teams, corporate events managers and sales team to ensure continuity between shows/events and all partners.

    Primary Duties


    1. Responsible for the strategic planning, financial management, creative development and execution of all tradeshows, showroom events and conference initiatives of various size and scale.
    2. Oversees exhibit locations, show services, logistics, site contract negotiation, and show management relationships to support revenue and attendance goals.
    3. Manages Branded Environments team processes to align with marketing strategies.
    4. Develops and maintains all planning and budget tools related to logistics and timelines and proactively manages and communicates milestone progress to cross-functional partners.
    5. Maintains and tracks all seasonal timelines for tradeshows, showrooms, and events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution. Recaps and hind-sights all events to drive continual improvements in the brand experience.
    6. Creates event agendas and content for all domestic and international events/conferences that meet engagement objectives and cross-functional partner needs.
    7. Manages all related budgets. Plans and forecasts yearly show expenses to meet established targets, streamline processes, and maximize dollars for continuous improvements.
    8. Provides design input for all branded environments in partnership with the creative teams. Responsible for the distribution all guidelines and the shipping of all trade show and showroom materials, including booths, graphics, displays, literature and promotional items.
    9. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    10. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or design, or equivalent work experience.
    • 5-7 years of related experience in retail design, visual merchandising and/or project management, ideally in retail and trade show environments.
    • Proven track record and demonstrated success as a project manager on various interior, tradeshow and events projects from concept to execution with experience leading and managing multiple project teams.
    • Superior problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
    • Adaptability and ability to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experienced with technical and/or design aspects (colors, materials) of documenting interiors.
    • Skilled at negotiations of project scope and fees.
    • Software experience: Adobe Suite, Sketch up, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project or similar programs.
