Responsible for developing and leading compelling visual strategies that result in best-in-class experiences that reinforce the brand positioning and messaging across all branded environments, including pop-ups, tradeshows, and showrooms. Responsible for the creation of visual concepts and the rollout of branded environments for the brand. Support brand marketing leadership and work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing Creative and Sales to create experience concepts that will drive the visual expression of the brand and ensure optimal profitability and grow market share.



  • Manage the rollout of visual strategies branded environments, from concept to execution, that reinforce brand identity and meet established revenue targets, budgets and timelines.
  • Support team leadership in the design of exceptional branded environments drive high engagement with the customer.
  • Collaborate on and lead global visual strategies for all branded environments and events that are an extension of the brand’s integrated 360 degree campaigns. Support the continued development of the brand’s positioning and identity to grow market share.
  • Deliver creative solutions and innovative visual storytelling across all environments to ensure high ROI. Provide design input and manage all design aspects, including development, floorplan layouts, product styling and the creation of 3D elements.
  • Lead and support new ideas and initiatives to consistently evolve and grow the brand and drive best-in-class experiences for the customer. Stay current with the latest fashion, environment, and interior trends. 
  • Translate product strategies into clear creative concepts and effective storytelling that optimizes profitability.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Design and Marketing teams in the pre-season process to create effective visual strategies for seasonal assortment.
  • Guide the creation of compelling creative that evolves and differentiates the brand, and aligns with the strategic brand direction across all business units.
  • Manage, prioritize, and drive projects to meet master calendar timelines. Set clear objectives and expectations to ensure excellent operational standards for the brand.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or design, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in retail/wholesale visual merchandising, ideally in retail/trade show environments.
  • Proven track record and demonstrated success in visual merchandising roles, working closely with product/merchant and marketing teams.
  • Creative and highly innovative thinker with a willingness to push boundaries and a strong understanding of the customer and how visual supports the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage store design/interior projects from concept to execution.
  • Experienced with technical and/or design aspects (colors, materials) of documenting interiors.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to efficiently multi-tasks and meet deadlines thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software experience: Adobe Suite, Sketch up, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project or similar programs.
