GENERAL FUNCTION

Deliver amazing experiences by engaging brand consumers over their lifecycles in order to grow customer lifetime value and the business.  Key initiatives will include executing and analyzing current digital retention marketing programs and applying the established retention strategy to tactics.  Daily tasks include campaign execution, testing, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Grow and optimize email marketing by executing, analyzing, and testing seasonal and triggered campaigns. Execution will be accomplished within the Responsys email marketing platform and will require email message HTML coding, proofing, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Assist with growing email lists by capturing consumer opt-ins on sites, in stores, at events, and via phone.
  • Grow and optimize retargeting program by coordinating creative updates with vendor partner, analyzing performance, and testing seasonal campaigns.
  • Grow and optimize post-purchase marketing by executing, analyzing, and testing seasonal campaigns.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Minimum of a college bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Economics
  • 2+ years of retail or ecommerce marketing experience
  • 2+ years of digital or ecommerce marketing experience
  • Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent analytical skills critical
  • Web programming experience (HTML, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical ecommerce environment
