Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for preparing, reviewing and providing financial results and insightful analysis for the eCommerce team.  

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Coordinates with the eCommerce team and prepares budget and reforecast information and analysis to monitor throughout the year.
  2. Prepares period, quarterly and annual financial reports for the division and the Group.
  3. Assist in the summarization of operating results of each division and performance metrics including brand P&Ls on a period, quarterly and annual basis.
  4. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasting, long-range plans, actual results and other supporting analysis
  5. Manages all general ledger accounts for division.
  6. Prepare supporting analysis, performance metrics and reporting that will improve management’s ability to evaluate key assumptions, trends and changes
  7. Prepares monthly reporting packages to communicate eCommerce results to the operating groups.
  8. Assists with maintaining financial reporting consistency and integrity in the Consumer Direct division.
  9. Identify potential deviations from plan/forecast, quantify financial impact and provide recommendations for contingencies.
  10. Work with commercial business leads on revenue assumptions and gross margin expectations.
  11. Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  12. Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years work experience in accounting or finance, retail or eCommerce experience a benefit
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels throughout the organization
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good oral /written communication and interpersonal skills to interact.
  • Strong attention to detail with all levels within the organization.
