Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the Inside Sales team to exceed sales goals for assigned accounts with an objective to increase sales and service. 

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Develop, execute, and continuously direct a robust, comprehensive multi-channel inside sales strategy.
  2. Manage and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
  3. Accountable for the overall performance of the Inside Sales team to meet sales goals.
  4. Develop, monitor and report team KPI’s.
  5. Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals.
  6. Develop and communicate monthly forecasting.
  7. Partner with Brand Sales and Marketing leadership to maintain an understanding of the evolving market and brand strategies to successfully achieve revenue and growth goals.
  8. Work cross-functionally with teams to gain support for business initiatives.  
  9. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and performance management process.
  10. Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  11. Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years sales experience.
  • 3 years Supervisory experience.
  • Extremely motivated and results driven.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability developing strategy and entrepreneur mindset.
  • Solid understanding of retail math, weekly and seasonal product sales and strong analytical skills.
  • Superior skills in time management, organization skills, prioritizing and detailed oriented.
  • Strong knowledge and comprehension of toolset, technology and systems used by team and to manage team. 
  • The ability to recognize and absorb marketing information and discern trends to maximize sales.
  • Willingness to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the footwear industry, understand competitive lines, and support selling.
  • Ability to handle difficult problems with speed and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrates ability to make sound business decisions based on experience, analysis and judgement.
  • Proficient in Excel. Word, Outlook and website navigation.
