The eCommerce Director for Merrell is responsible for managing the ecommerce business, driving growth and delivering a rich digital brand experience to the consumer.
Drive ecommerce revenue growth, manage expenses, and deliver to financial results.
Collaborate with brand marketing team to present brand and product stories online in a compelling way that delivers a rich brand experience to the consumer and integrates with other brand channel messaging (wholesale, stores, brand marketing, etc.).
Develop Merrell ecommerce strategy based on brand vision, industry trends, and evolving consumer expectations. Identify opportunities and new ideas to propel the business forward.
Lead core ecommerce team tasked with combining brand and ecommerce expertise to deliver merchandising and content planning and execution for the various digital channels, including site and email.
Partner with broader eCommerce Team to leverage ecommerce marketing channels (SEM, SEO, affiliate, email, CSEs, etc.), CRM and analytics, technology and design, customer service, and operations.
Provide input to shaping the development roadmap.
Develop plans and forecasts along with supporting marketing budgets.
Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis of business performance along with resulting recommendations to brand and ecommerce leadership.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
