Research, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist attorneys, perform various duties to assist attorneys in providing legal services to parent and subsidiary corporations.

Primary Duties

  • Prepares legal documents for review, approval and use by attorneys.
  • Prepare correspondence.
  • Prepare materials for corporate subsidiary minute books, and prepare and maintain other corporate records.
  • Prepare materials for parent corporate Board and Committee meetings.
  • Prepare materials for Disclosure Committee and oversee Disclosure Committee process.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Assist in litigation with discovery requests and document productions.
  • Prepare general documents and maintain document files.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • High School Diploma
  • Formal training or required certified program or equivalent work experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer-oriented and confidential manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks and plan time wisely.
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, Internet-based research, and ability to learn and use various software programs used by Legal Department.
