Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

Serve as the primary support for the Company’s On-Line Market-place team, coordinating sales reports and analytics for all brands with a wholesale presence on dedicated eCommerce platforms.  Measure and monitor Company products on eCommerce market-place websites.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) with management and create standardized reports to provide increased visibility to level of compliance with the policies and to set benchmarks that ensure our brands are being appropriately represented online.

  2. Work with internal departments to align objectives and policies in managing eCommerce partners.  Implement processes to continually improve the speed and effectiveness of operational excellence. 

  3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to enhance brand wholesale revenue.

  4. Transforms and delivers qualitative data into relevant dashboards for decision making.

  5. Manage system integration between the Company and strategic retail partners.

  6. Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance including sell-through, inventory levels and profit.

  7. Ownership of product virtual catalogs and content, with output used as primary global listings on market-place websites.

  8. Communicate daily between all departments and external strategic eCommerce partners to ensure efficient work-flows and accuracy of shared data.

  9. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  10. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of eCommerce sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work both individually and cohesively as a cross-functional team member
  • Demonstrates strong both qualitative and quantitative skills to support impactful business decisions
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
  • Analytically driven with an innovative way of looking at the business
  • Possess strong critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with e-commerce market-place platforms
  • Strong computer skills required.
