The Field Marketing Specialist will be one of several specialists across the strategic territories in the US whose goal is to build relationships with current and desired BRAND consumers, the outdoor community, key retail partners, and Merrell sales reps. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and self-motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, relationship building, and problem-solving skills. This candidate should have a strong passion for being active and an invested interest in the outdoor industry. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the global brand marketing team to bring the brand voice to life on the ground and facilitate a two-way conversation with consumers 365 days a year. Additionally this person will partner with key retailers to drive sell-through and represent the brand during major marketing and product activations. They will also be called upon occasionally throughout the year to represent one or all four of the Performance Group brands including Merrell at national events. This position is located outside of the corporate headquarters and includes driving as well as Regional travel.
