Deliver amazing experiences by engaging brand consumers over their lifecycles in order to grow customer lifetime value and the business.  Key initiatives will include executing and analyzing current digital retention marketing programs and applying the established retention strategy to tactics.  Daily tasks include campaign execution and testing.


  • Grow and optimize email marketing by executing and testing seasonal and triggered campaigns. Execution will be accomplished within the Responsys email marketing platform and will require email message HTML coding, proofing, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Develop relevant marketing programs for the different phases of the consumer lifecycle to help drive consumer retention and loyalty.
  • Assist with growing email lists by capturing consumer opt-ins on sites, in stores, at events, and via phone.
  • Grow and optimize post-purchase marketing by executing, analyzing, and testing seasonal campaigns.
  • Be a leader of email industry trends and best practices knowledge. Stay up to date on the state of the industry and competitive set to help build best-in-class email marketing programs for our brands, use data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and encourage testing to gain additional learnings to optimize programs.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.


  • Minimum of a college bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Economics
  • 2+ years of retail or ecommerce marketing experience
  • 2+ years of digital or ecommerce marketing experience
  • Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent analytical skills critical
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time within a cross-functional team environment
  • A high level of attention to detail required
  • Web programming experience (HTML, etc.). Experience with email coding and automated marketing preferred (familiarity with the Responsys platform a plus)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical ecommerce environment
