Manage an internal photography/video studio. Responsible for the capture, color, processing and distribution of a range of visual assets to support a wide range of projects including but not limited to; marketing collateral, online communications, branding identity, advertising, event promotion/materials, in-store signage, catalogs and other sales support materials.


  • Photograph and style tabletop product shots for Wolverine’s E-Commerce sites as well as social media, catalogs, buyer’s guides, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Creative teams to photograph lifestyle product images in studio as well as on location
  • Be able to light reflective and complex surfaces to deliver quality, consistent images
  • Style footwear as per the company style guide
  • Photograph on-figure product shots, as needed
  • Work with creative lead on providing direction for collection product shots
  • Process files (organizing, naming, cropping, sizing and color correcting)
  • Keep the studio organized and ensure all products are photographed on time
  • Work with team to create a process for photo distribution to brands
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large volume of work while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team, and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines and levels
  • Strong knowledge of post-production for digital and print execution
  • Videography and Stop Motion animation
  • Help to determine proper equipment investments, maximize shooting opportunities in the space considering all creative needs for photography and video capture
  • Maintain a workflow system to manage, track and report studio processes
  • Work closely with Brand partners to plan, promote and provide future creative solutions
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a high volume, deadline-driven production environment, fashion and/or footwear industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing overall image quality
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Lightroom, as well as Capture One and Phocus
  • Extensive knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition and photo styling
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and self-directing skills
