The ReChaco Warehouse Technician will perform an array of functions that may include receiving incoming stock and materials, picking orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock from the warehouse.


  • Performs physical counts and cycle counts as needed to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Anticipates production raw material needs and reacts quickly.  Builds a strong relationships production technicians.  Performs replenishment of raw materials and components to support ReChaco production.
  • Receives, records, and puts away all inbound raw materials and components.
  • Maintains a neat, clean, organized, and safe warehouse space.  This includes the production floor, i.e. taking out trash, breaking down boxes, and moving pallets.
  • Understands material categories, including vendors, ReChaco part numbers, colors, and the bill of materials for the products we produce.
  • Proficient with Inventory systems including the hand held. Able to track materials that are on order and when they should be arriving
  • Understands Tech tasks and what consumable items are needed at specific stations.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment be keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.


  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet necessary deadlines.
  • Possess technological knowledge including operating PCs, printers, and scanners.
  • Highly organized and self starter.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift operation certificate.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
