 Gathers, monitors, analyzes and reports financial data to credit management and divisional teams. Performs and supports strategic analysis of Credit operating metrics and manage key business processes providing timely insight to management.  Works closely with Credit Leadership team, Brand Finance and Sales to develop and maintain reporting, maintaining transparency of the results to all levels of management.


  • Prepares period, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Provides analytical support and communicates statistical data and account analysis to management to improve their decision making and evaluation of accounts.
  • Monitors, controls and evaluates credit services teams’ performance.
  • Works with U.S. Credit Manager to develop and maintain tracking of business information and KPIs.      
  • Leads projects as needed and supports credit organization operations in developing and implementing best practices and lean processes.
  • Manages all general ledger accounts for Credit, including Blackline reconciliations.
  • Supports credit analysts with complex customer account reconciliations.
  • Works with outside independent auditors in preparing documentation for audit.
  • Coordinates and prepares certain budget and reforecast information.
  • Monitors and processes credit department payables through Ariba.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. CPA or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3+ years accounting or finance experience.
  • Good communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Computer skills: Required – Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Desired - SAP, BW, Ariba, ACL, Visio, Hyperion
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
