GENERAL FUNCTION

This position will support the eCommerce business. This role is responsible for asset preparation & QA for eCommerce sites and the robust email program. This role also plays a key support role for site merchandising, including maintaining/updating the kids product presentation on 5 of our brand websites.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with asset preparation, will gather approved assets, create tracking links, compile tickets with all pertinent details and QA and gain necessary approvals from leadership.
  • Support the team with asset preparation for email programs, gather approved assets, create tracking links, traffic approved assets for coding & assist with QA as needed.
  • With guidance from leadership, oversee the kids’ product presentation on 5 of our take-down brand websites.
  • Gather & coordinate product descriptions and product images.
  • Ensure all eCommerce creative is made available to appropriate international partners.
  • Conduct competitive reviews and x-shopping analysis. Present findings to the eCommerce team.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of Marketing or Merchandising experience (or relevant internship experience), preferable in a direct-to-consumer environment (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration, writing, communication and presentation skills required
  • Comfortable in changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Pro-active, self-starter with an ability to identify issues and areas of opportunity
  • Passion for online marketing & consumer brands, with a desire to drive results.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
