Support the brand sales, finance, and demand planning functions to achieve top and bottom line financial targets.  Develop effective business strategies for brand management and key accounts within all sales regions.



  • Analyze current and future revenue demand by region, distribution channel, sales territory, and product in order to identify trends and develop recommended strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitors and provides trend analysis on at-once orders, backlog reports, and new style demand in order to provide proactive recommendations to the demand planning team’s inventory levels.
  • Partner with finance and sales to structure product pricing and margin targets.
  • Formulate recommendations to both sales and marketing leaders so that customer growth strategies are aligned to financial targets.
  • Power user of financial systems, such as BW and SPS, providing data visibility and strategic growth recommendations to the sales leaders.
  • Formulate recommended action plan to Sales Leaders and territory representative to achieve both long range plans and short term quotas.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.


  • Bachelor’s Degree - or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales/merchandising related fields.
  • Strong sales and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to advocate change within the organization.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain multiple projects.
  • Quarterly /semi- annual travel will be required to meet with accounts.
