The Administrative Assistant supports the team by performing a wide variety of duties that require a high level of organization, attention to detail and independent analysis.

Primary Duties

  • Supports and organizes the working life of brand leaders, allowing them to focus on the creation and execution of strategy and the achievement of financial results.
  • Drafts and prepares presentations and materials using powerpoint.
  • Coordinates & supports the planning of On-Site and Off-Site meetings.
  • Arranges travel schedule and reservations; completes expense reports
  • Communicates with high-level personnel within and outside the organization, both domestically and internationally.
  • Supports marketing and sales team with administrative support, sales report preparation and general coordination (including sales meetings and some trade shows)
  • Maintains confidentiality in performing duties for the brand.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 3-5 years administrative/marketing experience or equivalent skills and abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Learns quickly and thinks independently
  • Keyboarding skills a minimum of 65 wpm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer oriented confidential manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
