As a Corporate Strategy MBA Intern, you will drive initiatives focused on enterprise growth and our Transformation efforts for Wolverine Worldwide and its portfolio of brands. During your summer, you will lead a key growth project and work closely with senior WWW leadership.  These projects could include M&A, category growth opportunities, or new channels of distribution. The role will be tailored to the skill set of the intern and current strategic initiatives.

Primary Duties

  • Be a key member of the team focused on delivering transformative strategic initiatives and defining our long-term strategy at the Enterprise and Brand level.
  • Champion WWW’s One Great Way, through establishing best practices and sharing them throughout the organization.
  • Lead / participate in cross-functional special project teams that identify, evaluate, and analyze critical strategic priorities and/or strategic problems.
  • Develop and lead strategic recommendations through applying analytical frameworks, strategic business models & tools, or through quantitative data analysis.
  • Create persuasive and effective deliverables, including reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other outputs to communicate findings / inform decisions.
  • Collaborate on corporate & portfolio growth initiatives including M&A, integration, and divestiture efforts.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Currently pursuing an MBA and Bachelor's Degree completed from a top-tier university.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business data (financial, consumer, economic, etc.) to develop compelling recommendations & presentations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral


Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
