Here, you’ll work with some of the best in the industry while you share your own insights and fresh ideas.  Wolverine Worldwide is looking for a CRM Analytics to help support our growing CRM function. The CRM Analytics intern will work on key initiatives that help provide the brand and eCommerce teams with a deeper understanding of the consumer. The intern will leverage different analytical tools to derive insights and translate these insights into actionable business recommendations.

Primary Duties

  • Perform “deep-dive” analysis of a specific business question (e.g. Buyer Segmentation, Competitor Analysis) to help drive future strategy
  • Create forecasting models to help project KPIs and campaign performance
  • Craft executive level presentations and reports
  • Work with CRM team members on key priorities (e.g. value by source analysis, buyer segmentation, direct marketing campaign reporting)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and track key business metrics for direct marketing campaigns
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Coursework/major in Business Analytics, Statistics, Market Research, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
  • Junior or senior undergraduate status by the start of the internship with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must be intellectually curious, passionate about consumers, and be interested in the footwear/fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required, and analytics experience (coursework in statistics/business analytics/data mining/data visualization and storytelling) is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) are required, experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and particular experience in designing effective charts, graphs and tables.
  • Proven leadership in and out of the classroom.
  • Fast learner and someone that takes the initiative.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
