    As the Associate Strategy Analyst, you will support strategic enterprise growth and M&A initiatives.  The Analyst will complete research and analytics to inform business decisions and recommendations.

    Primary Duties

    • Develop and drive holistic enterprise strategic & milestone planning cycle; including development of timeline, processes and templates
    • Create persuasive and effective deliverables, including reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other outputs to communicate findings that inform decisions.
    • Maintain enterprise calendar to establish a consistent and more strategic process to approach planning.
    • Work on cross-functional special project teams that identify, analyze, and develop recommendations for strategic priorities of WWW and its portfolio of brands
    • Make strategic recommendations through applying analytical frameworks, strategic business models & tools, or through quantitative data analysis
    • Support initiatives including; M&A, integration, and divestiture efforts.
    • Build effective working relationships across the organization to produce joint recommendations with colleagues on policies, strategic issues and new initiatives.
    • Champion WWW’s One Great Way, through establishing best practices and sharing them throughout the organization.
    • Be an organization thought leader through keeping up to date on developments in industry, competitor developments, consumer trends, and general marketplace conditions that impact our performance.
    • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Must have at least 2 years of working experience.  Experience in business strategy development, finance, and/or analytics preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data (financial, consumer, economic, etc
    • Sound computer aptitude, particularly with spreadsheet packages and presentation packages.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Wolverine Worldwide experience and/or footwear / apparel industry knowledge a plus


    Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
