    Responsible for development and implementation of Wolverine World Wide’s Global security guard programs and support Loss Prevention team in securing all corporate offices and satellite offices.

    Primary Duties

    • Identify, establish and maintain proactive relationships with key WWW personnel and business units supporting all Security disciplines. This includes presenting updates on issues and projects as required to leadership and senior management.
    • Develop security guard standards and scope of protection guidelines for facilities. Work with vendors to ensure sufficiency of current and future safety and security systems and applications.
    • Manage corporate campus security teams in Rockford & Waltham along with security teams in the Distribution Centers & other facilities.
    • Coordinate with Distribution Center Management and corporate departments concerning all Loss Prevention issues and programs within the facilities. (i.e. Employee & visitor security and safety, physical security, facility egress)
    • Develop a security audit program and conduct periodic reviews of security procedures, equipment and training that directly affect the integrity of WWW’s security. These audits will be conducted at all WWW owned facilities.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years work experience in related field.
    • Demonstrated skillful knowledge and experience with current security/trade initiatives including C-TPAT, FAST, CSI, AEO, and PIP.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop appropriate action plans.
    • Works well under pressure and can multi task.
    • Good oral and written communications.
    • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Works well in a team environment.

    Normal office environment. Some overnight travel to facilities & offices. International travel required.
