    This role is primarily responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into effective technology solutions. This highly collaborative individual will leverage technical expertise, enterprise eCommerce platform experience, and business knowledge to solve problems and architect effective sustainable solutions to meet key objectives and drive positive eCommerce business results.

    Primary Duties

    • Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements, ensuring they are understandable, concise, testable, and meet the real needs of business.
    • Works closely with developers, QA, and business users to ensure technical compatibility and business process uniformity of current and future state platform systems.
    • Supports the evaluation of 3rd party solutions relative to business requirements and processes and guide formulation of solution recommendations.
    • Performs business analysis planning, including identification of appropriate stakeholders and information that must be obtained, prioritization of requirements based on business value, verification that all requirements support delivery of business value and objectives, and assessment of impact on all primary and secondary systems.
    • Maintains technical knowledge of eCommerce platform, customizations, and 3rd Party Integrations.
    • Ensures that eCommerce technology and development best practices are fully utilized, including user experience standards, accessibility, performance optimization, localization, scalability, device compatibility, and more.
    • Partners with QA Lead to ensure development and QA processes align and provide 100% coverage of project requirements.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
       Excellent communication skills, intense attention to detail, strong problem identification and analytical skills and a relentless attention to finding solutions
    • Demonstrable experience with multiple projects of various sizes from large-scale to quick-turnaround initiatives, with the ability to manage scope and depth of those work products
    • 5+ years experience working with an enterprise level eCommerce platform
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) specific experience a plus
    • Familiarity with web-based issue-tracking and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
    • Mobile web/technology specific experience a plus
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, databases, and other website technologies.
    • Experience in global multi-branded B2C environments a plus.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
