The position will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of retail marketing plans for Merrell Specialty & Outlet, and Multi Brand Outlets. The retail marketing initiatives will be based on strategic brand and DTC objectives and sales goals. Retail marketing efforts include, but are not limited to, customized integrated marketing programs, advertising, visual merchandising guides, instore events, promo directives, and mall marketing for all retail concepts; develop and manage a process to provide materials, tools, and direction for implementation. Collaborate with Brand and eCommerce team to execute store messaging in support of a defined calendar, maintaining customers, driving traffic and meeting sales goals. Strategize to scale Brand messaging and merchandising appropriate to store type and capacity.
Office and retail store environment. Some travel required.
