To maximize consumer experience and drive revenue growth on our global websites by being responsible for owning and driving topline seasonal direction to support total eCommerce business strategies.
Develop and execute seasonal category product strategies in order to achieve optimal product assortment to deliver profitable revenue and gross margin dollar growth.
Analyze business performance to drive growth; create new reports, analyze sales data, and make appropriate recommendations based on this data.
Be the owner of short and long-term product strategies to grow the business and brand. Input into the product creation process; and, advocate for products/collections that will provide a point of difference for Sperry.com and drive top-line sales growth.
Communicate category and buying strategies to cross functional and category business partners.
Partner with ecommerce merchandiser to plan and execute seasonal marketing features based on key brand stories, seasonality, forecasts, selling trends, and available inventory.
Own ecommerce inventory management process: setting up product in Retail SAP, placing seasonal buys, managing monthly contracted inventory, partnering with wholesale on closeout/MOOS inventory opportunities, etc.
Partner closely with Planning, Allocation, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics to maximize product margin productivity and top-line revenue.
Develop methods for analyzing performance of previous business strategies and make tactical adjustments to leverage opportunities for increased profitability.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Normal office environment. Some travel required.
