    Assist the Design Team in the product creation process, bringing concepts to life in 3-D.

    Play a defining role in the integration and adoption of evolving technologies for 3D development in the brand.

    Primary Duties

    • Create basic 3D assets for visual communication of ideas and deliver to the product design and development teams. Work collaboratively to implement and iterate on concepts and designs.
    • Develop and generate 3D models for seasonal designs ready for 3D printing and/or prototyping.
    • Assist design team with detailing, including producing specific detailed artwork of various items and components (such as graphics, logos and hardware).
    • Support the product design team to help define and apply seasonal material and color stories to 3-D designs for inline product and SMUs.
    • Work with the product development team members to help create accurate product specification packages (color cads, artwork) and tech packs within product line management.
    • Support in managing the development of products following the agreed design and development processes/timelines.
    • Ability to follow a product brief and assist designer to deliver a product that adheres to a specific target FOB.
    • Provide color CAD assets to product management and marketing team for use in account presentations and seasonal selling tools.
    • Utilize 3-D proficiency to aid in the development of “take-down” product from adults.
    • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent in a related field.
    • Some footwear experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
    • Experience in artwork and color application.
    • Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
    • Solid communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
    • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
