    The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the brand product development team throughout the entire product creation process including tracking and status reporting of key milestones and deliverables for the brand development team, acting as a liaison with the materials and design teams to facilitate materials development and communicating issues as directed by product development team.

    Primary Duties

    • Responsible for tracking and updating status of prototype and confirmation sample deliveries.
    • Assist in maintenance and reporting of brand product creation calendar milestones and deliverables, consolidating data and generating report for monthly Global Operations Group (GOG) scorecard.
    • Responsible for tracking and reporting on leather and non-leather materials development status and presenting sample submissions to design/product development for approvals (color, physical specifications and appearance).
    • Work with materials team to schedule brand specific meetings with preferred suppliers and follow up on requests.
    • Monitor status and generate consolidated reports for product development in preparation for weekly comm tracking meetings.
    • Assist with the tracking and delivery of brand seasonal “Tech Packs” (ISR, FSR).
    • Assist in data entry/changes for product and materials attributes in PDM/PLM; assist designated “super users” during PDM/PLM implementation.
    • Track ECN’s to insure timeliness of approval process.
    • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 1-3 years’ experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Experience in process/project management
    • Knowledge of materials (leather and non-leather) preferred
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and duties



      Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
