    This position provides essential support to the marketing team, and manages implementation of specific projects across creative services, retail and field teams.  Assists in organizing, implementing and monitoring various marketing functions and programs.

    Primary Duties

    • Responsible for managing large-scale and small-scale projects for the marketing team. Takes initiative and proactively supports team efforts.
    • Work collaboratively with all teams, coordinating efforts for creative services across account, field (consumer), events
    • Communicate Marketing initiatives to corporate on regular basis (e.g., flyers, emails).
    • Assist with tracking/reporting ROI on relevant marketing initiatives (Surveys, reports, Post analysis presentations, etc).
    • Manage special retail initiatives, developing programs to enhance retailer relationships across management and floor teams – e.g., Camp Saucony, Great American Running Shops, specific product launch activations (e.g., Ride Alongs)
    • Support team on specific needs across retailers, from POP ideation/ sourcing/development to contest execution, and partnership engagements (e.g., Fit Rankings)
    • Represent Saucony at key events where relevant (e.g., Marathon Sports Donut Crawl)
    • Consolidate findings, analyze impact, and share learnings post-events
    • Assist with timely development and delivery of trade and consumer facing digital assets.
    • Assist with the production and communication of Sauc-Talk and BrandLive events.
    • Coordinate internal photo/ video shoots for product/ lifestyle activations, including finding appropriate locations and models, sourcing materials, preparing products for shoots
    • Assist with organization of photo shoot shot lists as needed
    • Place and manage product orders for photo shoots and media partners
    • Help with creative ideas and storytelling relative to internal shoots
    • Help with creative ideas and storytelling across digital/ social channels
    • Support catalog development, ensuring accurate details, strong story positioning, and on time delivery. Coordinate with sales team for accurate and timely catalog info sharing.
    • Support Retailer Event management (TRE, Fleet Feet, Product/Brand launches, and retailer site visits)
    • Support sales conference preparation and on-site execution, as well as marathon expos
    • Coordinates shipping and inventory of marketing and product materials and supplies
    • Assist with seeding PR/editorial product placement, advertising image requests, and with International material requests.
    • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • 3-5 years marketing, product, or managerial experience.
    • Self-motivated and directed, capable of operating semi-autonomously.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong adherence to deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for working with various levels of management.
    • Must be proactive in recognizing and adjusting to shifting priorities.
    • Ability to travel to national and regional seasonal trade shows.
    • Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with retailers, sales reps, suppliers, and company employees.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to coordinate and deliver project goals and objectives within a defined time period in a cross-functional environment.

       

      WORKING CONDITIONS

      Normal office environment.
