This senior leader will be responsible for the design creation, development and Go to Market planning of all products. The role truly has a global scope, covering owned North America and EMEA markets, as well as all international partners in more than 100 markets. As a result, this Leader and his/her team need to understand the global consumer when setting a macro product direction. The Leader’s product/concept vison for the brand should be to accelerate growth across the three pillars of product categories. In addition to demonstrating outstanding leadership in product, this dynamic executive is expected to be an active member of the brand Senior Management Team.
