    Supports the team by performing a wide variety of duties that require a high level of organization, attention to detail and independent analysis.

    Primary Duties

    • Provides hands on support to members of the Global Operations Group (GOG) Leadership Team and their functional areas.
    • Arranges travel schedules and reservations for members of the GOG leadership team
    • Prepares Visas, Passports & Invitation Letters for GOG and Heritage Brands 
    • Prepares various documents and presentations including: org charts, meeting agendas, meeting presentations, and schedules.
    • Oversees Office supplies for GOG through inventory management, organizing, and ordering. 
    • Organizes mail and maintain mailboxes on the floor for new hires/exited employees
    • Orders Business Cards and other employee materials for GOG as needed.
    • Serves as the Connect Content Owner for GOG, IT & Central Services.
    • Services copy machines/stock paper on GOG floor
    • Organizes GOG Appreciation Gatherings
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • 1-2 years work experience in a professional setting and administrative/clerical experience or equivalent skills and abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organization.
    • Learns quickly and thinks independently
    • Excellent time management with ability to multi-task and respond to impromptu requests.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer oriented confidential manner.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Normal office environment.
