    Provides assistance to the Wolverine product team in administering and coordinating samples and materials to maintain a timely and smooth transition for new product from inception through commercialization.

    Primary Duties

    • Supports data management in various systems including PLM, SAP, BW, and Syndicated Data etc.
    • Completes material requests and PLM tracking reports as requested by Design or Management.  Communicate tracking reports with Asia as well as manages tracking spreadsheet.
    • Compiles and enters all product materials approvals into PLM and ensures all are communicated with Asia sourcing team.
    • Supports and maintains lab testing data and ensures all appropriate tests are documented.
    • Assures milestone samples are shipped from the factories. Coordinates instructions for milestones sample shipping with product development and marketing while providing communication to the samples department.
    • Coordinates product on-site and off-site meetings.  Book rooms, catering and serves as on-site point person to ensure meeting success.
    • Confirms all sample products after line closings.
    • Manage the category global line list as it pertains to sample forecasting, analyzing and ordering of new products.
    • Maintain sample and material tracking reports and manages correspondences regarding reports.
    • Maintains all costing and BOM sheets ensuring final correct sheets are saved appropriately.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 1-3 years of apparel or footwear product experience
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with personal computers.
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • Adobe Illustrator or InDesign experience a plus
    • Excellent Attention to Detail
