    Support all areas of eCommerce web development and content including technical support, tag development, QA, operations coordination and development, and site performance monitoring.

    Primary Duties

    • Responsible for global eCommerce web platform maintenance and user support including training, help ticket system, documentation, and site updates.
    • Identifies opportunities for improved web content and features.
    • eCommerce power user for SASS platform and internal product information management system.
    • Manage applications supporting the eCommerce platform and business users.
    • Tag development and management utilizing HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
    • Supports the development team in QA/UAT for both regular maintenance code releases and large project testing needs.
    • Performs regular user acceptance & quality assurance testing. Identifies user experience problems and coordinates with internal partners to recommend and implement solutions.
    • Coordination with the Distribution Centers on promotions, package inserts, shipping offer changes, high volume dates,
    • Consult for shipping/returns process and messaging.
    • Investigate & coordinate fulfillment systems initiatives like express downgrades and shipping improvement opportunities.
    • Regularly monitors, analyzes, and reports web site performance and speed using performance monitoring tools.
    • Makes recommendations for improvement and coordinates with the development team to resolve performance problems.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years of web page and application development experience.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of server and client-side scripting and general web operations.
    • Performance analytics and reporting
    • Quality Assurance best practices.
    • Experience with web performance monitoring tools and analysis, including waterfall diagrams a plus.
    • Experience with testing tools, including automated testing (selenium) a plus.



      Normal office environment.  Some travel required.
