    Provide internal support through accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks, which may include but are not limited to, maintaining routine productivity reports, performing cycle counts, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and anything else to help support the ReChaco facility.

    Primary Duties

    • Enter and maintain scrap quality logs and provide reporting metrics.
    • Inspect finished goods.
    • Conduct semi-annual review of quality systems within the Production Area.
    • Perform weekly cycle counts of raw materials in each department within the Production Area.
    • Participate in lean initiatives such as continuous improvement events, and identifying and eliminating all types of waste.
    • Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments with all required paperwork.
    • Assist ReChaco Trainer in posting SOP’s and replicating training material as needed.
    • Update the Production Area information boards as needed.
    • Perform time studies as directed by lead or trainer.
    • Update and maintain role call sheets.
    • Greet visitors and manage visitor logs.
    • Track open action items.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
    • A minimum of one year experience within a manufacturing environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and collaboration skills
    • The ability to perform projects with a high degree of detail
    • Exceptional professional attributes that include self-motivation and dependability
    • The ability to build effective work relationships
    • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills, and an excellent work record, including attendance.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS
    Normal office environment.
