    Supports the creation of a culture of learning and development that enhances our ability to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry and advances key projects that drive innovative learning and organizational effectiveness practices.

    Primary Duties

    • Partners with HR Generalists, team members, and functional specialists to determine and execute appropriate learning and organizational development interventions.
    • Integrates strategic initiatives into Learning & OD processes and programs.
    • Maintains and updates existing learning content. Curates new learning content.  
    • Analyzes existing training program delivery and recommends program changes.
    • Plans and manages the annual compliance training calendar.  Manages the content review process, validates learning objectives, monitors course effectiveness and updates web-based compliance courses.
    • Assesses individual training needs, researches training resources and makes recommendations for training.
    • Partners with internal and external subject matter experts/vendors to plan and coordinate learning events and programs. Manages vendor & consulting partner relationships.
    • Collects & analyzes data to identify critical gaps in the organization & provides recommendations to effectively close gaps (culture/engagement/pulse surveys and learning evaluations). Supports the development of appropriate action planning and follow up.
    • Provides LMS oversight and management; manages LMS efficiency and customization; troubleshoots LMS issues and resolve as needed.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • 4 year degree required in Liberal Arts or Business. Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field a plus.
    • 2+ years of Human Resource, Learning & Development, Organization Development or Talent Mgt experience required.
    • Efficient, effective communication skills including communicating with partners in global locations, ability to communicate and influence effectively across different levels.
    • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills and ability to quickly and effectively analyze data and situations.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with personal computers, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Normal office environment.  Light travel required.
