    Reporting to a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively participate in and support Talent Acquisition for assigned business areas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform full life-cycle recruiting of entry-level talent, administer service touchpoints to new hires, and ensure a successful candidate experience. You will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire top talent. You will maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth, and make recommendations based on the needs of our hiring managers.

    Primary Duties

    • Assist in the full life-cycle recruiting process for a subset of positions under the Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant’s area of responsibility (usually more entry-level roles). responsibilities include proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating and extending offers.
    • Track and manage all candidate and client interaction in CRM & ATS.
    • Perform intake calls on all assigned positions to review and analyze requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
    • Identify and source appropriate talent for current and future positions within the organization. Develop and promote talent pool.
    • Positively promote organization to candidates.
    • Use social media, job boards, internet/Boolean sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positions.
    • Coordinate and attend campus and other recruiting events.  Develop key relationship to support optimal successful recruitment strategies and attract on target candidates.
    • Support the recruitment and management of a contingent workforce within assigned business areas.
    • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years experience working in a corporate or contingent search agency
    • Strong background and knowledge in all recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing and relationship management.
    • Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
    • Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment.
    • Strong computer skills and experience working within an applicant tracking system, such as iCIMS preferred.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as the public.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective presentation skills
