    The LMS Analyst is responsible for data management, analysis, and reporting for the WWW Learning Management System (LMS), and administration of various Learning & Org Development programs.

    Primary Duties

    • Manage day-to-day LMS functionality: setting up classes, closing out classes in LMS, running usage reports, following up on outstanding learning assignments, etc.
    • Manages LMS reporting requests: run quarterly and annual LMS usage reports, maintain and update learning dashboard and metrics, and builds adhoc reports as needed.
    • Troubleshoot LMS issues and resolve as needed.
    • Manages roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access
    • Develop and revise LMS administration guidelines and procedures, as requested.
    • Provide necessary pre and post training support: scheduling rooms, arranging equipment and materials, managing employee communications, printing/ordering training materials, preparing training sign-in sheets, entering training attendance in LMS and managing post-training evaluation feedback process.
    • Support & monitor the Learning Mailbox: answer questions and troubleshoot problems for users by phone and via email.
    • Manage and maintain corporate tuition reimbursement program. Answer employee policy questions, approve tuition reimbursement requests, determine reimbursement amounts, process tuition payments, and maintain employee reimbursement files.
    • Register employees for external training courses, process necessary payments, communicate registration information with employee and record expense on centralized training spreadsheet.
    • Reconcile monthly pcard training expense statements and create bi-weekly reports for Accounts Payable.
    • Gather information for quarterly and monthly training newsletters; create / write and publish newsletters, respond to employee questions regarding communicated events and classes.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
    • Previous experience managing a learning management system preferred.
    • Proficient with technology; ability to learn and use a variety of computer systems, including MS Office & SharePoint.   
    • Proven reporting and analytical skills
    • Able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
    • Excellent organization and planning skills
    • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated customer service skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently, escalating when appropriate

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Office environment with travel required.
