    Focused on maintaining in-bound and extracted data from the new enterprise consumer database, WISDM. This position will be responsible for enforcing data collection policies and the appropriate tagging and loading of data in the database, and they will write/execute queries as needed to answer questions to support business. Further, they will work with other departments and vendors to integrate new data and systems into WISDM. This role will support the CRM team by ensuring that the on-going data quality of the consumer data warehouse and related tools are upheld and new enhancements are delivered on-time with accuracy. 

    Primary Duties

    • Independently manages generally defined database practices in a timely fashion for business partners, including:
    • Database uploads and extractions
    • Database load summaries, addressing missing files and/or bad data
    • Custom ad-hoc queries needed by business partners. Manage and prioritize requests based on business impact
    • Provides technical support and troubleshoots issues related to the data stored within the WISDM environment for both internal stakeholders and CRM agency.
    • Enforce data collection and integration policies outlined in the business requirements documentation. Advise on impact of data collection policy changes. Scope as needed.
    • Collect and approve business requirements in collaboration with internal and 3rd party partners that will include digital, social, and other big data sources.
    • Facilitate integrations with internal and external partners by developing and communicating a clear project plan. Troubleshoot and communicate issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to business requirements and update as required to maintain accuracy.
    • Write and oversee user acceptance testing of the integration within the WISDM environment. QA data for new integration projects as well as on-going to ensure active integrations are functioning correctly.
    • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Understand database design concepts, including relational database design (table structure; one-to-many relationships).
    • 3+ years hands on experience with large relational databases.
    • Strong experience in SQL and business intelligence tools.
    • Working knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information and Legal compliance is a must.
    • Project management with attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to articulate concepts through to execution.
    • Experience in a related field such as database marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, database management and/or data reporting a plus.

       

      WORKING CONDITIONS

      Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
