    The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team and assist with the successful development and management of the creative assets and brand collateral. Responsibilities include managing projects from design through production to shipping and delivery, coordinating work flow with internal clients and tracking assignments to meet schedules.

    Primary Duties

    • Assist in the delivery of creative development production process for photography and copy, including managing production schedules, job trafficking, budgeting, and approval processes.
    • Support physical & digital assets creation.
    • Monitor work in production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality products.
    • Maintain overall quality by proofing materials prior to routing and release.
    • Coordinate marketing communications for internal and external distribution.
    • Day-to-day support with marketing budget including tracking and processing of invoices and co/op credit services.
    • Assist with industry tradeshow concepts, production and execution.
    • Assist with coordination of bi-annual Sales Meeting including travel, meeting logistics and presentation development.
    • Assist with packaging and point of sale design and production.
    • Assist with Brand projects as needed.
    • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of professional experience.
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Photoshop knowledge a plus.
    • Digital marketing experience a plus.
    • Strong analytical and budgetary skills.
    • Strong organization skills, problem solving skills and the ability to juggle numerous initiatives simultaneously.
    • Ability to work within a collaborative, team-based environment.

    Normal office environment.  Some travel required.
