    The Customer & Pricing Coordinator will support all corporate North America and International non-EMEA brands for New Accounts, Pricing, and Sales Deals.  He/she sets up and maintains the Customer Master database for customer account information, price conditions, and sales deals.  He/she also runs basic SQ01 reports related to the Customer Master. Additional responsibilities include supporting the setup of accounts for B2B access and assisting in documenting department procedures.   

    Primary Duties

    • Set up new accounts and new ship to records for the US, Canada, and non-EMEA International brands as well as Company Code-specific accounts such as Factory, Intercompany and Retail records.
    • Perform maintenance on all accounts mentioned in #1 as requested from Dealer Services, Sales, Vendor Compliance, and Customers.
    • Use basic SQ01 reports.
    • Report daily and weekly metrics consistently as requested.
    • Update existing standard operating procedures for the department and other areas of the facility as needed.
    • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings as needed.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and teaming skills.
    • Model the Guiding Principles.
    • Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performing other duties as required/assigned by supervisor/manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    The Customer & Pricing Coordinator will support all corporate North America and International non-EMEA brands for New Accounts, Pricing, and Sales Deals.  He/she sets up and maintains the Customer Master database for customer account information, price conditions, and sales deals.  He/she also runs basic SQ01 reporting related to the Customer Master. Additional responsibilities include supporting the setup of accounts for B2B access and maintaining department standard operating procedures and reference documents.
     
    He/she must be hands-on with good business judgment and a dedication to providing timely updates within a highly dynamic business environment.  He/she must be customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as team.  This individual must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.  The Customer & Pricing Coordinator must be comfortable challenging requests in a constructive and helpful manner. 
     
    This position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Moderate computer skills are necessary, but extensive skills are preferred. The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and display a willingness and aptitude to learn. This individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and build positive working relationships with associates at various levels and functions, both within and outside the facility.  He/she must also practice good phone etiquette with internal and external customers.  The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility while still achieving accuracy and deadlines is essential. This individual must possess a good working knowledge of Excel.  Experience with SAP and other Microsoft Office software is a plus.
     
    The Customer & Pricing Coordinator is a problem-solver and will assess each situation with an open mind and a willingness to be part of the solution. He/she will identify and seek out appropriate information and individuals needed to formulate a recommendation for management or team review.  The Customer & Pricing Coordinator is highly organized and has a keen sense for details.   
     
    The Customer & Pricing Coordinator is accountable for providing and maintaining timely updates of the Customer Master and accurate reporting as required to support overall customer service objectives.  He/she also delivers the core day to day metrics and analysis to service the facility within the context of a team environment.
