    A Creative Services Specialist is a key member of the team who manages workflow to ensure a consistent powerful brand visual. Drive asset creation through photo/video studio capture and project management. Create and organize tools, libraries, and marketing samples for maximum efficiency. Support colleagues by facilitating a positive and motivating work environment; promote collaboration within a brand to achieve goals and deliverables.

    Primary Duties

    • Drive photography and video workflow for the in-house and external asset capture. Responsible for color correcting, outsourced work, and payment to external vendors. Handle all production needs such as hiring stylists/props/external resources for day-to-day production needs.
    • Own the photography studio budget; plan equipment needs, resource support.
    • Report on photography studio workflow. Identify challenges and recommend strategies to improve budget spend and production process.
    • Support seasonal catalog development.
    • Create PPT templates for brand presentation consistency.
    • Drive weekly studio meetings to ensure creative direction alignment before capture.
    • Maintain marketing footwear sample library and fulfill requests.
    • Maintain printed materials, and on-site marketing storage .
    • Manage all photography briefs for on-site photo studio, as well as external relationships.
    • Keep Creative Services server up to date and organized so it can function properly as a brand tool.
    • Maintain and distribute seasonal asset libraries
    • Manage the project briefing system and the digital management site in collaboration with the Creative Services Project Manager.
    • Ability to project manage multiple seasons at once (sell-in and sell through).
    • Manage print production needs: handle sourcing proofs, samples, and materials and manage business card orders/corporate stationary.
    • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing communications, or a related field and 2+ years’ experience
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in an exciting fast paced creative environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Must have required skills to manage projects and partner relationships.
    • Team collaborator obsessed with all things in the digital, design, and fashion world.
    • Dedicated to the power of creative consistency and quality.
    • Excels in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphics software on a Mac platform
    • Has a can-do attitude, promotes and excels in a positive work environment
    • Strong organizational and self-directing skills.



    Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
