    A Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for the brand.

    Primary Duties

    • Manages and executes overall marketing strategy in partnership with brand leadership.
    • Responsible to drive partnerships with key cross functional and regional teams to drive seamless brand product and marketing strategies. Communicates with cross functional and regional teams to ensure that global product positioning and objectives are well defined and deliver a consistent brand message.
    • Leads the internal marketing teams to determine proper needs and execution by channel, and one aligned voice.
    • Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. Ensures solutions are executed.
    • Manages the creative brief process to develop key stories; manage integrated brand content, asset needs, timelines and budget parameters.
    • Manages the development of marketing assets for execution in market.
    • Manages and executes tradeshow & conference marketing plans.
    • Uses consumer insights strategy ensuring consumer insights are imbedded cross functionally with a global view.
    • Manages, tracks, and drives continuous improvement of key operational processes including the budget, business reporting, and marketing approvals.
    • Manages, identifies, and implements new marketing capabilities to help the team become more agile and progressive.
    • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 5+ years of marketing experience.
    • Previous supervisory skills preferred.
    • Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.
    • Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
    • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.


    Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
