    The Digital Marketing Director drives and leads the brand’s digital marketing strategy, managing a team in order to drive engagement, growth and revenue goals across digital channels globally.

    Primary Duties

    • Leads and owns the development of the brand’s digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, connect relevant brand and product stories, integrate content/strategies across brand/eCommerce/partner channels, build a community, and drive commercial opportunities.
    • Create and manage a 52-week digital marketing calendar tied to brand and product launch activities, integrating with eCommerce teams.
    • Lead the development and ensures flawless execution of digital campaigns including on-line advertising, social media, retail partnerships, mobile and emerging channels.
    • Determines content strategy across digital channels, including blog, site and social platforms.  Sources and develops content.
    • Partners and influences International teams on content creation, calendar integration, asset sharing.
    • Drives website and blog enhancements that are in line with the brand message in collaboration with brand, ecommerce, IT, internal and external design teams. 
    • Develops and owns the social media strategy and voice, working with the brand marketing and PR teams to coordinate communication efforts.
    • Directs the media strategy and media agency relationship to optimize paid media programs. Leads relationships with endemic media partners.
    • Implement social listening process and disseminate learnings and recommended actions.
    • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by the manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor's degree required/MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • 8+ years of online marketing experience with branded product lines. eCommerce experience preferred
    • Proven track record for developing and executing successful online marketing programs.
    • Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years’ experience at the manager level.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
    • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships in order to develop impactful sales and brand equity driving programs.
    • Solid written communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting.
    • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.


    Normal office environment.  Travel required.
