    The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for brand initiatives, implementing activation across accounts and global markets, and leading a synergistic global go-to-market.

    Primary Duties

    • Supports execution of product driven storytelling and marketing programs for assigned consumer category.
    • Assists in the creative brief process in order to develop category story positioning.
    • Assist in the distribution and production of buyer’s guides, catalogs and price lists and other marketing materials to support sales initiatives.  Oversee inventory management of marketing communications assets.
    • Supports the seasonal marketing share out process.
    • Support group by coordinating communications with internal marketing teams.
    • Work with Brand Marketing Manager to manage each seasonal in-line product marketing efforts including crafting the seasonal stories, writing product copy and descriptions, product naming, and securing legal trade marketing.
    • Assist with the development and execution of marketing programs for Brands direct to consumer (DTC) “capsule” product launches including storytelling, securing assets and collaborating with the DTC team.
    • Collaborate and work with the brand product creation team and marketing team members early-on to develop comprehensive product marketing stories and materials to support the launch of each seasonal product line.
    • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
    • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 1+ years of marketing experience.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to execute new initiatives
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize projects.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS
    Normal Office Environment.  Some travel may be required.
