The primary objective of the Senior Director of DTC Technology is to identify and lead strategic DTC initiatives, ensuring innovative solutions are considered and brought to life that improve consumer experience and drive sales through the seamless integration of technology & design. Formulate and implement strategic plans that guide and support the direction of the growing DTC business. Oversee the complete operation of the DTC Consumer Experience & Innovation organization in accordance with the direction established in strategic plans. This role underpins Omni-channel and eCommerce aspirations that are critical to long-term growth across all brands and the company as a whole.
